What is Wheat
allergy ?

Wheat allergy is an allergic reaction to foods containing wheat. Allergy reactions to wheat result from wheat consumption, and in some cases, by inhalation of wheat flour. Wheat can be found in many foods, even foods you never thought about like soy sauce and ketchup.

Challenges & Achievements

Coordinating with Jordan FDA in order to issue new food-regulation for gluten free items.

We have concluded several cooperation agreements with specialized physicians (10), laboratories(1) and private hospitals (2).

We trained approximately 1400 celiac patient family on gluten free recipes.

we introduced more than 250 new gluten-free items to the kingdom , Hungary, Spain and Italy.

Absence of a law or legislation that identifies the allowed percentage of gluten in food.
